About Us

Krupa Patel

Krupa is a compassionate and warm coach. She has a deep commitment and belief to enable practitioners to serve their greater purpose well. She trained as a Science teacher and was the Head of Year in a large mainstream school. She then fearlessly delved into SEND leadership as an Assistant Head leading on Behavior and Careers (KS5). Following this she became a Headteacher of a large Special Secondary school followed by becoming a Director of Enterprise leading two commercial settings to create meaningful work for learners who have additional needs and have been out of education, employment and training (NEET).
She now consults full time and works within a London Local Authority overseeing Behaviour and Inclusion. Her priority is to support educational settings and families to access education.

Krupa is trained to deliver coaching using the Complete Spiral Leadership framework, GROW and BASIC model and has supported the work of BAMEed through coaching and mentoring.

Krupa invests in her own learning and has QTS, BSC, MA in leadership in Education, NPQML, NPQH (Qualification for Headship) and the NPQEL (Executive Leadership).

Nazya Ghalib

Nazya is a thoughtful and supportive coach. She has had an eventful and successful journey in SEND Education across a range of settings for almost 2 decades. Nazya walks the talk of ethical leadership and has a real passion for empowering practitioners and doing this creatively. 
She has had a number of leadership roles including Faculty Leader and Assistant Head responsible for Quality of Education and CPD. Culminating into the current role of Headteacher for a new SEND provision who have experienced trauma. She has a wealth of experience around the strategic development, design and setting up a school and is embarking on growing and expanding the provision.   She engages in regular self learning and has achieved a Distinction in MSc Special and Inclusive Education and completed the NPQSL and NPQH. She is now undertaking an NPQEL. For over 4 years she has been a BAMEed coach and mentor and is also a School Improvement Consultant and School Governor.  She regularly runs inspiring workshops and training.

Both Krupa and Nazya have developed aspects of the NPQSL for LLSE with a focus for the Global Majority and Inclusion. They enjoy delivering the NPQSL and the NPQH as facilitators.  

 

They are also proud members of the BAMEed Network Community and have delivered a number of workshops at speaking events and conferences as representatives.
